LoneStarOracle ("LSO," "we," "us") operates 31 AI-powered data API services on Base mainnet. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our services and how we use it.
When you make a payment to access an LSO service via the x402 protocol, we record:
We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any off-chain identity information.
If you participate in the $LSO holder discount program, we additionally collect:
Discount JWTs expire every 7 days. Re-verification checks your live token balance at that time. If you sell your tokens below the threshold, your discount is not renewed.
px402 Privacy Note: If you pay using px402 (the PRXVT privacy pool), your payment arrives from the pool address — we cannot identify your wallet or verify $LSO holdings. px402 payments receive no discount. Privacy and the holder discount are mutually exclusive by design.
We do not sell your data. We do not share wallet addresses or query history with third parties except as described in Section 4.
LSO services interact with the following external providers:
Each provider has their own privacy practices. Payments visible on Base mainnet are publicly accessible on-chain by nature of the blockchain.
Transaction records are stored on our server (DigitalOcean, US-based) in a local SQLite database. We retain records indefinitely for revenue tracking and service improvement. Query parameters may be cached for up to 15 minutes to reduce duplicate processing.
All x402 payments are settled on Base mainnet. Payment transactions — including the paying wallet address and amount — are permanently visible on the public blockchain. This is inherent to on-chain payments and cannot be altered by LSO.
To request deletion of your off-chain records (transaction logs, query parameters), contact us at jay@lonestaroracle.xyz. On-chain payment records cannot be deleted as they are part of the permanent blockchain ledger.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced via @LsOracle_ai on X.
